At Vida Medical, we offer a safe, inclusive, and culturally aware space where your story is heard without judgment. Our diverse team is committed to breaking down barriers, providing support, and empowering you with the tools to take charge of your mental well-being. The effect of mental illness can be severe on the individuals and families concerned, and its influence is far-reaching for society as a whole.
If you are concerned about your mental health or that of a family member, the first stop should be your GP — where you can find out which therapies and treatments are available. Your GP will assess whether you have a mental disorder and whether you will benefit from a treatment plan, filling in the plan and setting goals together with you. Ask for a long appointment of 20 minutes or more when you book.
